Acceptance of terms
By accessing berrylux.sa or engaging Berrylux LLC (“we”, “us”, “Berrylux”) for services, you (“Client”) agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not accept any term, do not use our services.
Services
Berrylux offers three pillars: Interiors & Lifestyle (kitchens, fenestration, interior design), Marketing & Growth (distribution, print, digital), and Technology & Innovation (Stonifi CX platform, AI, IoT, infrastructure). Specific scope, pricing, and timelines are governed by individual service agreements signed with each Client.
Quotations and orders
Quotations are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. Orders are confirmed only after we receive a signed agreement and the agreed deposit. Prices exclude VAT unless stated.
Payment
Payment terms are specified in each agreement. All invoices are issued ZATCA-compliant with VAT. Late payments accrue interest at the maximum rate permitted by Saudi law.
Intellectual property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing: designs, source code, creative assets, and intellectual property developed by Berrylux remain our property until full payment is received, at which point ownership transfers to the Client as specified in the agreement. Berrylux retains the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio.
Warranties
We warrant that services will be performed with professional care and to specifications agreed in writing. Kitchen manufacturing is covered by a 5-year structural warranty on cabinetry and a 2-year warranty on hardware, subject to normal use.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Saudi law, our aggregate liability to any Client for any claim is limited to the fees actually paid by that Client to Berrylux under the relevant agreement in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Force majeure
Neither party is liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond reasonable control — natural disasters, armed conflict, government action, pandemics, or major infrastructure failure.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent Saudi courts in Jeddah.
