When you contact us or request a quote, we collect the information you provide voluntarily — typically your name, email address, company name, and the message content. We also collect basic technical data such as IP address, browser type, and referring URL for security and analytics purposes.
How we use your data
We use your information only to respond to your inquiry, deliver services you have engaged us for, send you communications you have opted into, and comply with Saudi legal and tax obligations (including ZATCA requirements where applicable). We do not sell your data to third parties.
Storage and security
Personal data is stored in secured databases hosted within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia wherever possible. Access is restricted to authorised Berrylux personnel on a need-to-know basis. We apply industry-standard encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest.
Retention
Inquiry records are retained for up to 24 months unless you request earlier deletion. Project records are retained for the duration legally required by Saudi commercial law.
Your rights under PDPL
Under Saudi Arabia’s Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL), you have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data, to withdraw consent, and to lodge a complaint with the Saudi Data & AI Authority (SDAIA). Send requests to info@berrylux.sa.
